This website is operated by Kelsey Lang, an independent artist doing business as KRLang Artworks in the United States of America. Throughout the site, the words I, me, and my refer to Kelsey Lang. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who uses this website.
2. Products
All artworks, prints, and related items are described as clearly and accurately as possible. Because my work is handmade and original, small differences in color, texture, or detail may occur between what you see on screen and the final piece you receive.
I reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue any product or collection at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise and are processed securely through my separate Shopify shop page. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
If payment is declined or required information is missing, I reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped from the United States. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier. When available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges applied to international orders. More details may be found in the Shipping Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and written content on this website are the property of Kelsey Lang and KRLang Artworks and are protected by United States copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content or artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Liability
I am not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside my control. To the extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect or incidental losses related to the use of this website or the purchase of products.
